Everything we needed was nearby, and the area felt secure. The hotel has very good facilities and staff, with the subway right beside it and Costanera Mall just one block away. Excellent location.

A relaxed apartment hotel in a nice part of town, right beside Tobala metro station.

Right in front of the Tobolaba metro entrance, with lots of shops and services nearby, this was one of Santiago’s better options for getting around. Costanera Center shopping is across the street. The apartment was comfortable, with a work table, great air conditioning, very soft beds, and tidy rooms. Cleaning was reasonable. The shower was excellent, though in winter you need to adjust the water first because the gas heater can take a little while to warm up. There are kitchen utensils if you want to cook or prepare food for children. Just know there’s no dining room or laundry service.

Getting luggage up and down is awkward because the elevator only goes halfway down the floor instead of reaching the rooms. That also makes this place unsuitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. On the plus side, it’s very well located, the staff are friendly, and they bring a generous breakfast to your room at the time you specify. We noticed a little dirt, but nothing major.
