We couldn't use the pool, and there was no Wi-Fi. The air conditioning also didn't work. The apartment looked nothing like the photos. Its central location sounds convenient, but after 8 pm we felt it was too dangerous to go out. We never saw the owner, and the cleaning lady charged me.

The reception area made a poor first impression, and the cleanliness throughout was awful. The kitchen utensils were dirty, the floors hadn't been cleaned, and the bed smelled unpleasant. It's a shame, since the hotel is in a great location and the rooms themselves are very nice.

6/10
The apartments are comfortable and the location works well. Prices are a little higher than at other places, and the amenities need some attention, especially the limited tableware. Breakfast bowls, for example, would help. These small oversights make it feel like a 3.5-star stay to me rather than a 4.

The owner was very helpful, and the apartment was cleaned daily. It had good Wi-Fi and new appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, and heater. The location is excellent, close to metro stations and right next to a supermarket. I recommend it.

A very good place to stay. The shower wasn't working right at first, and I needed an extra fan, but they got both things sorted quickly.
