The apartment itself was okay, though it had a strange smell. The tower has too many floors for the number of elevators. I booked a downtown apartment through Booking.com, but when I arrived they said that was their “commercial address” and sent me to Teatinos 690. There I was made to pay in cash and they canceled my Booking.com reservation. The whole thing felt very suspicious.

The location was good, but I didn’t have a satisfactory stay and wouldn’t recommend it. The host was friendly at first, then ignored my message about the room’s wifi not working. My family was bitten by bed bugs, and he ignored the photos I sent him too.

There’s convenient parking, security, and the place is very clean. The building is well positioned for shopping, with lots of nearby shops carrying different brands and products.

The location was excellent, but the apartment was terrible. It was visibly worn down, the cleaning was mediocre, and the Wi-Fi was awful. The mattresses were old and the pillows had no filling. Of the two bathrooms, one had a broken showerhead; the other had low hot-water pressure and no shower curtain. Customer service just says, “we’re looking into it,” and then does nothing.
