Time Suite - Comfort Apartments

The staff are splendid, and the rooms are too. I'd come back without hesitation. A few things could use attention, though: some bathroom furniture details and the room blinds need replacing.

The rooms are spacious and the cleaning service is good, and the location is convenient. Still, I'd suggest finding somewhere else. The amenities are old, cheap, and minimal, and the place looks quite different from the online photos. It seems like there may have been little maintenance in recent years. The gym is tiny and almost useless, with some broken machines, and the pool shown in the pictures is out of service. The heating via air conditioning is old and so noisy it's impossible to sleep with it on. The heater is loud even during the day, like living on a busy street, and the fan switch doesn't work, so it's stuck on maximum. You have to put up with that or be cold. Breakfast is about 50 metres away. It's fine if, like me, you're easy going, but it's basic and the same every day.

The view from the top-floor rooms is really good, and the suite apartment is in a beautiful part of Las Condes. But the room furniture needs renovation. The carpet, refrigerator, cutlery, and cooking utensils were all old and worn out. After we complained to our corporate booking manager, they replaced a few kitchen items. The toilet flush was faulty too.

The daily cleaning was very good, the wifi worked really well, and the reception staff were pleasant. It's a quiet location, an easy walk to the metro and shopping centres, and there's a substantial buffet breakfast 50 metres up the road. But I probably wouldn't recommend it. The first room was dusty, the fridge was dirty, food had been left in the freezer, the bin was overflowing into the cupboard, and the balcony door lock was broken. Reception didn't act on our request to move until a cleaner came and complained about the room's condition. The replacement room was old, despite having new polished floors, and had no sheer curtains for privacy. The heating kept tripping the circuit, and we could clearly hear the neighbours through the gap under the door. We had to ask reception repeatedly, sometimes two or three times, for basic things like a sharp knife, cutting board, and electric jug. The jug they gave us had a foreign plug.
