Francisco at the front desk even helped me sort out a cloud file problem, and the staff also made excursion bookings easy to confirm. They spoke English and were friendly and efficient. My suite looked just like the website photos, with hardwood floors, a marble bathroom, and very comfortable bedding. There’s a buffet breakfast each morning, plus a small restaurant and room service. Restaurants are nearby, and a large mall is less than a mile away. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood.

The rooms are a good size, but the hotel feels dated and breakfast choices were very limited. For what it costs, I’d recommend looking for somewhere more modern.

You can drop in for a meal or a drink even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The bar beside the pool is a fabulous spot for a drink.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the food they served was expired. On top of that, they charged us for an extra night for no reason. The customer service was awful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

The rooms are nice, but the noise kept me from sleeping. Staff wouldn’t move me to another room.
