The rooftop pool and its panoramic views across Santiago were incredible. Marcelo was kind and really helpful, with great recommendations. He even helped arrange transfers and connections for our trip to Peru after Chile. The apartment was fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything is right in the center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just outside. It was a perfect place for our stay in Santiago, and we'd highly recommend it.

I slept well because the room was quiet, and it felt spacious. Shops and restaurants are close by, and there were enough kitchen utensils. The room type I picked had no air conditioning, but the fan was very strong. There were a lot of small annoyances. The spare sheets were pilling, the bathtub's non-slip mat was stained, and the window glass was dirty. There was no full-length mirror, just one in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was so low it was easy to pull the roll too far and have it touch the floor. There was no toilet paper on the dining table, which was inconvenient. The shower took a while to get hot, and the bathroom lighting was too dim with the shower curtain closed because the ceiling light wasn't over the tub. Using the hair dryer meant holding the button down the whole time, which got tiring. The security staff were helpful, but checking in at the hotel was extremely unpleasant. First I had to register with security in a place without chairs, then wait while they called the hotel, which took a long time. A guard walked me to the hotel entrance, where I had to push my luggage up a sloped path by myself. The hotel counter was in a small room, room 102a, with no air conditioning and unbearable heat. Guests had to wait in the hallway for the woman to come downstairs and open the door.

I stayed from February 10 to 17, 2025, on the fifth floor. The hotel provided what it said was available, and I had no problems with the stay or with safety. The main entrance has three or four staff controlling access, and they were friendly and helped with general information. The apartment management team also helped with reception, the stay, and check-out. I especially want to mention Srs Marcelo and Bruno and Srta Carla. My apartment was clean and sanitized, with a double bed, clean sheets and towels, and working appliances including a TV, stove, refrigerator, and fan. The kitchenette had utensils too. The location is excellent, close to Praça de La Moneda, Praça das Armas, the Metro, and the central pedestrian streets, with easy access to museums, restaurants, bars, snack bars, supermarkets, and pharmacies. There was no breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, but plenty of nearby places offered food. I'd recommend it for convenience, safety, cleanliness, and value. The location gets 3/5. It's near a market and several businesses, though the nearby restaurants also leave something to be desired. The service was awful. There were six of us, but we got only one card, so anyone outside couldn't get into the apartment. They wouldn't let people through the turnstiles without the card even though they were already inside the hotel, and the staff gave us dirty looks. Their bad attitude also put us off asking for access to the locked pool. The balcony was locked and couldn't be opened. Cleaning was terrible too. We found hair on the blanket, they didn't take out the trash, and they wouldn't replace the toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. The kitchen was dirty, the toaster was filthy and unusable, and there were cockroaches. There wasn't enough soap or shampoo, or enough towels for the number of guests.
