Very Good Featured review

6/10
The staff were lovely, especially the women serving breakfast, and it was great that they had good gluten-free bread. Dinner at the restaurant was only okay, though the service was still great. The hotel is fine for a night, but the rooms are run down and show water damage. It feels like management is putting a small patch on much bigger problems. The property really needs investment.

6/10
The staff were very friendly, but the hotel feels dated and run down. It may have been great when it was new. The rooms have no view, the elevators are small, and the WiFi is poor. There’s an old or heavily perfumed smell, and moving the furniture can reveal unpleasant surprises.

Good facilities and breakfast, right in the center of Talca.

The hotel and rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. I was on a work trip and missed having an iron in the room, which is always useful. The air conditioning is pretty noisy, but I found you can’t really do without it in Talca during spring.

10/10
There’s a nice shaded patio where you can eat, have a drink, and watch people go by. The rooms were very clean, and the service and location were good. The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from, though the hot meats and eggs could be better.
