So far, everything’s been good!!!

The location is good, right in the city center, and the price feels fair for what you get. Breakfast is included, but it’s basically coffee or tea. There’s no milk, bread with butter and jam, ham and cheese, or scrambled eggs. It’s enough to get by, but they could improve it. The staff are mostly friendly, though a couple of people aren’t. The room had a private bathroom, but the sheets were dirty at first and had to be changed. Even after that, the room, pillows, and comforter smelled of body odor. They don’t take credit cards, so payment has to be in Chilean pesos or by transfer from a Chilean account. I’d recommend it only if you’re on a tight budget. I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were attentive and very friendly, but the facilities are old and poorly kept. The bathroom was in rough shape, with mold in the shower, and I had to ask for towels. Breakfast was very limited, with no eggs or milk, even though those cost extra. There was loud music and other noise from outside late into the night.

The only real plus was the location. The facilities are old, and sleeping was very difficult because loud music went on late, possibly from a nearby nightclub or something. We arrived to dirty sheets, and there were still the same ones when we returned two days later. They don’t provide towels either. Ants were in the breakfast area, but staff insisted we sit down, making sarcastic comments that the ants were “on the floor” or that people brought them because they didn’t know how to eat.
