The cabins are really nice, the place was always clean and in good condition, and breakfast was good. But several problems made the stay uncomfortable. The front desk service was very average, and the Wi-Fi was HORRIBLE: it connected whenever it wanted and was hard to get working in the rooms. The shower swung between boiling hot and freezing cold. After they moved me to another room, they picked up my things without warning and put them somewhere else, and in the confusion my personal towel went missing. To be clear, they didn't steal it or any of my belongings, but the way they handled things made them easier to lose. My room also wouldn't lock properly, and I couldn't turn on the TV. When I left, the front desk employee didn't even say goodbye. They need to pay more attention to administrative details.

Comfortable enough for a stop while traveling south, with staff who are very friendly and welcoming. The room has no heating, and sometimes the shower water is hot. Breakfast is good for the price, and you can go back for several servings.

The rooms and bathroom were clean, but very small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was really good, and the receptionist that night was helpful. The woman who first greeted us wasn't very friendly and couldn't give us directions.

It's very comfortable and practical, with a pool and private bathroom, and the price is very affordable. The place is three blocks from the center. Cristian, the owner, Jean Carlos at reception, and the cleaning ladies all provided very good service. I'd come back anytime. Definitely recommend it.
