I honestly didn't like the place much. The bathroom looked dirty because it was very old and had mold on the ceiling, and we could hear cars at night from the room we were given. Breakfast was basic. The beds were comfortable, and the staff treated us well. For the price it was acceptable, though with a bit more time and effort, I think you could find somewhere better for the same money.

We got here this morning and still had no hot water by tonight. Nobody has offered a solution, given us answers, or helped us. Awful.

We couldn't even get inside to see the hotel. The receptionist dealt with us through a small side window, and her manner was far from helpful or friendly, even though she was an employee. We had arrived at night with children, at the time we had said we would. Our confirmed Booking.com reservation wasn't honored; when we insisted on it, they sent us to a place in Concepción that we couldn't find. So we can't say anything about the hotel itself.

The bathroom window was covered in mold, hair was all over the bed frame, locks were hanging off the doors, and wires were left dangling. They didn't provide towels. Breakfast was awful too: rock-hard bread and just two slices of jerky that looked like they'd been handled a lot. I really wouldn't recommend this place. poeza 205

The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms and showers spotless. It was quiet despite being in a very central location. Breakfast had a few different options, but they were short on cereal bowls, so it felt a bit lacking. Still, it was an excellent experience.
