The breakfast was really complete for the price, and the service was good. The person who helped us was super friendly. It's a nice place, with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, and the location is convenient, close to a supermarket and the city center.

The staff were very friendly, and I would come back. The sheets and floor were clean, and the place was well ventilated with no musty smell, though the bathroom was very dirty. It's well located and a good price compared with other places. Parking is only suitable for small vehicles. A van doesn't fit well, and turning around inside is difficult.

The hotel's front door stays locked, with someone there to open and close it, which made it feel secure. For two people, 51,300 pesos a day including breakfast was a steal. The breakfast was simple but buffet style, so you could go back for more, and the staff were very friendly. It's honestly a three-star hotel that lives up to its rating, with excellent service. We stayed three nights during the first week of February, my son and I in a twin room, and used it as a base for trips to Caleta Tumbes, Huascar, and Caleta Lenga. The location is excellent, right beside the avenue where almost all public transport passes. I used the Moovit app on my phone to see which bus to take to each destination. Having a Unimarc supermarket next door was handy too, and Redtaurus gastrobar was a few blocks away, a great spot for lunch, dinner, or a drink. Next time I visit, I'll stay here again.

I've come back two years after my last stay, and the improvements are clear: the food is excellent, the rooms are better, and the service is excellent. I was here for work this time, though I would've been fine staying as a couple. It's highly recommended, especially for business. The hotel is on Gómez Carreño Avenue in Talcahuano, steps from bus and train service and about 15 minutes from Carriel Sur Airport. It's quiet for a mostly residential area, even though the avenue is busy. Breakfast comes with the rate, and dinner is available for an extra fee if you request it ahead of your stay. There is covered parking, cable TV, hot water, a safe in each room, heating, and a small desk for working.
