Apart Hotel Aragón

The towels looked stained when the light hit them, and I found hair and lint on the sheets and comforters. That was disappointing for cleanliness. The rooms themselves were comfortable and had good equipment, and breakfast was good.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and it’s a quiet, peaceful place. Parking was awkward, though. There is parking, but the area is very small, and they assign spots according to checkout time, so you can’t freely take the car out and come back. I also searched for two adults and two children, ages 4 and 11, but was charged for four people while only three breakfasts were included, apparently because the reservation showed three guests. I’m not sure whether I misunderstood how my son’s age was counted, but the mismatch was odd.

One thing to know: the outlets are all two-prong, with no three-prong sockets. The reception staff kindly lent us an adapter. Otherwise, we had excellent help from Ms. Marcela, who gave us useful information, and the breakfast was great. They ask what time you want it and bring it to your room. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed. We’d definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Breakfast comes right to your room, and the staff are friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. The place is very well kept, with rooms that are really apartments and have every comfort. It’s in central Temuco, just steps from the Autonomous University and the casino. Highly recommend it.
