Our night on the 12th floor was quiet and so relaxing that I wish we’d stayed another one. It made a great rest stop before we hit the road the next morning, between the airport and our onward trip. We booked the cheapest suite, arrived right when check-in opened at 3 pm, and found it absolutely spotless, with a really comfortable bed. Towels were provided, which was handy since we had to leave early and didn't need to wait for them to dry. The app for opening both the garage and apartment door was easy to use. Parking spaces are quite small, though, and it can be a problem if the car beside you takes up some of your space. We could easily connect our phones to the TV and play what we wanted.

After two months traveling around South America, this clean, well-kept studio was a restful stop. Everything worked as expected. I recommend it.

The website defaulted to this hotel, so I accidentally booked it instead of the one in Valdivia. By the time I arrived in Valdivia, there was no accommodation left there, and I asked to cancel this stay. They offered to refund 90% of what I paid. I sent a PayPal address the next day, but unfortunately never heard from them again.

Gabriel, the apartment owner, was attentive to what we needed throughout. Apartment 15 had beautiful views, parking, and everything we needed, and it was comfortable. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay and got good rest. We’ll definitely return!!! 🇨🇱🇦🇷

The apartment itself is very nice, but I rented it for four and there were only three towel sets. One bed had no sheets, pillows, or comforter. There was no maid service either, even though I’d been charged for it. I messaged on WhatsApp and they didn't address the problem.
