Everything was clean, breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. Nelson is a great host, and this was the second time he hosted me. I'll definitely stay there again when I go to Temuco.

There's a lovely lounge where you can sit and read, and the scrambled eggs are fantastic. The staff service is excellent. It's a simple but welcoming hotel, a good place to relax.

I lost another reservation while waiting for them to get back to me. Their WhatsApp replies took three hours, and the phone went unanswered. The website was blocked for booking, so I had to go through hotel operators, and the prices they quoted were much higher than online. Their WhatsApp messages showed little to no friendliness. It was a terrible experience from the moment I arrived. Deplorable. The way they respond is deplorable. Other people have already called out their arrogance and rudeness. Absurd excuses fix nothing. Still, I wish them the best of luck.
