I really liked the neighborhood around Hostal. It's well organized, and the location is great. A short walk gets you to Shopping Portal Temuco, where you can find everything. There are also restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, and gas stations nearby. I strongly recommend staying here if you're coming to Temuco. Loreto looked after me very well.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, but it starts at 8 a.m., too late for those of us heading to work. On the second of my two days, it also wasn't fully served. I had booked a room with a private bathroom, but its hot water never worked, so I had to use the shared bathroom to shower. There was no bath mat or towel for after the shower, and no hand towel either.

Super cozy, with comfortable beds and towels and toiletries in the bedroom. Just one thing to fix: the sink faucet in the shared bathroom is loose.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the place covered the basics perfectly. The price was okay. The bathroom could have had more towels and amenities, but that's a small issue.
