What a terrible experience. The apartment was dirty, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and there was someone else’s hair on the bed. I’d asked for a double bed but got a single one instead. The TV signal was awful too. They promised one thing and delivered something else.
The apartments were comfortable and very well equipped, and the place is close to everything. The manager and concierge staff were so friendly. I’d recommend it 100%.
It’s in a quiet spot, with a parking entrance and a doorman. You can get a ride-hailing car right to the door, and delivery is available. The restaurant district and Temuco Portal are close by.
Had everything I needed for a last-minute trip. Reliable, comfortable, and in a good location. A great place.
Cozy and quiet, though the room was a bit small. No terrace, and the water pressure was terrible.
