The owners were so friendly and helpful, giving me plenty of advice for planning the rest of my trip. I liked the decor, and everything was really clean. The location was ideal, breakfast was good, and I ended up staying an extra night because I enjoyed it so much.
We spent four days here as a family, and the managers made us feel welcome and suggested places to eat and visit. The hostel itself was lovely, with comfortable, well-kept rooms. You can walk to both the waterfront and the river market in just a few minutes.
Tomás made us a very good breakfast fresh, and everyone on the staff was friendly. The house was clean and nicely furnished, with comfortable new beds. We could park our car in the courtyard, and the location made a great base for exploring the city. We'd love to come back.
The kitchen where breakfast is served feels really welcoming, with a distinct southern Chilean style. I loved staying here. The dorms are spacious, cozy, and nicely decorated. I'd definitely recommend the hostel and come back on my next trip to Valdivia.
We got to enjoy a lot of Valdivia, a beautiful city with plenty to do, thanks to the hostel manager's suggestions. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The hostel also has complete facilities, a great location, and is very clean. A really good experience.
