The rooms could really use refrigerators, especially for a longer stay when you have food that needs chilling. That’s my only suggestion. Otherwise, the price feels fair for what you get, the location is excellent, and the service is very good. They also have contacts for people who can help make family time in Valdivia enjoyable. It’s a very nice place with plenty of amenities. Thank you.

We found it easy to get around from the hotel, with the casino and everything else close by. It’s on the fourth floor of the Valdivia bus terminal, half a block from Calle Calle and the Mall. There are 14 rooms, all with air conditioning, friendly staff, and buffet breakfast included. Parking is at the terminal, but remember to validate your vehicle every time you take it out to get free parking. The rooms could be better soundproofed, though otherwise it’s great.

I was there in June. The ladies gave excellent service, and it’s great that the place has air conditioning.

The seats have power outlets, which passengers will appreciate. The construction is excellent, though the central pillars have pigeon nests that could cause sanitation problems in the near future.
