I'm giving such a low rating because we hauled our suitcases up the mountain and arrived with a Booking.com reservation, but still couldn't stay. Booking.com said there was an "overbooking" problem and no rooms available. They offered us a different place, but we clearly weren't going to pay for it. We had to leave and urgently find another hostel. The location is also terrible, far from the beach.

We arrived to find a room with no window, covered in tape. When we complained and asked for a refund, they said they hadn't known about the problem and blamed us for breaking it, even though it was already taped over. It was 8 pm and we wanted our money back so we could stay somewhere else, but they refused because we'd checked in at 2 pm. We left our bags when we arrived and went exploring, which turned out to be a bad idea. Terrible!!! Don't stay here under any circumstances.

The place is HORRIBLE! We booked and paid, then arrived to be told there were no rooms available. We'd traveled from Santiago, and they wouldn't cover our fuel and toll costs. When I complained, they blocked me. TERRIBLE!

We booked and paid, but when we arrived there were no rooms because of their mistake. We lost our whole trip, and nobody is answering, including the manager. Terrible! Don't stay here!
