Alexis Lam personally looked after us, and he's a kind, caring owner who pays attention to your comfort. The hotel draws you in with its art and style, and the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. There's a terrace to enjoy, and the service was excellent. A great place to stay, 100% recommended.

It's just steps from the city center, with easy access to Viña del Mar, Ecuador Hill, and other picturesque spots. The welcome is relaxed and warm, and the owner attends to guests personally. Rooms are comfortable, with heating, good lighting, hot water, and very clean. Highly recommended.

The building has real history, with plenty of art and color inside, and Alexis gives you a warm welcome. We loved how cozy it felt as soon as we walked in. The room and bathrooms are clean, and breakfast service is excellent. Plaza Sotomayor, the elevators to the city's different hills, and lots of restaurants are nearby. The port is only minutes away, and public transport is easy to reach. Highly recommended! 👌🌼
