It’s a beautiful place in a great spot right on the beach. The pool is the letdown: it’s in terrible shape, always dirty and almost never vacuumed. Since the cleaner changed, it’s been awful, and nobody seems to keep an eye on its condition. Management does nothing about it. It’s a real shame, especially in summer, and that’s why I’m taking stars off.
The place is nice and close to the lake, but Airbnb rentals make up a big part of it. We had a terrible experience with Isidora or Felipe, who rent apartment 606 in Tower C. They were inconsiderate and gave awful service, and got us to pay for a repair that should have been their responsibility. The service was the worst.
The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great.
Lovely apartments, with excellent views over Lake Villarrica.
It’s quiet, in a great location, and highly recommended.
