We came with the plan to stay one night, so we agreed to move to another room after Rodrigo offered. But the first room was awful: dust on the TV, dirty walls, and bloodstains on the bed. Rodrigo, who greeted us, said the cleaning lady hadn’t cleaned it properly. The bathroom had stains on both the toilet and sink, so we told him we wanted to leave. He offered another room, which we accepted only because it was just one night. The hygiene was terrible, and the customer service was just as bad.

The place itself was nice, but Rodrigo at reception was a terrible host. He didn’t follow through on what we’d agreed beforehand and never gave me the receipt for my stay, even though I explained I needed it to claim the expense at work. He kept promising it, then making excuses until I left. After that, he never sent it or explained why, and ignored my calls and messages. When someone from my workplace got in touch, he was aggressive and hung up on them. I felt cheated. He took advantage of my trust and patience, since I kept giving him time to provide the receipt he’d promised. I wouldn’t recommend this place because I don’t find its host honest or reliable.

A lovely spot for couples, and you’re only steps away from everything. It’s beautiful and relaxing. A million stars from me!

Everything’s close by, and the place is comfortable. The person who helped me was a 7 and seemed very trustworthy.
