From the third floor, the view is great, and that was the only good thing about this building. We rented an apartment on the building’s outer side in winter, and Renaca was cold and damp, so there was a lot of condensation. The concierge staff were unfriendly, and the BBQ was never cleaned after anyone used it. The water heater never worked properly. It was repaired, but still didn’t work right afterward. The toilets also tend to clog.

The apartment comes with lots of amenities, and the place and views are beautiful. Highly recommended.
