The location is the one good thing, but the apartment is far too expensive for its quality. We were told there was parking when we booked, but there isn’t. The kitchen is so tiny two people can barely use it, and the electrical outlets are broken. There’s no washing machine, so clothes have to be washed by hand, and there’s nowhere to hang them.

I’ve been coming every year and will keep coming. It’s close to the casino and beaches, with shops all around open until 2 a.m., and it’s great for a walk. But the noise is awful. The avenue is busy, and the skate shop downstairs has customers riding their boards on the sidewalk, so there’s constant noise.

There’s a 24-hour doorman and the building feels secure. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and nicely laid out for couples or families. It’s also in a very convenient spot, close to the beach.

I wouldn’t recommend Apartment 62. There’s no Wi-Fi, and the rooms are split by durlok, so it can fit fewer people than advertised. The doormen and building managers are also really unfriendly.

It’s clean, pleasant, and feels safe, with a concierge there around the clock. Just keep in mind this isn’t a hotel, it’s an apartment building where the owners or tenants live.
