The bedrooms are comfortable, and the place is excellent, with great service. It’s in Viña del Mar, Chile, South America.

The rooms are modern, the beds are a dream, and the kitchenettes are brand new and stocked with everything you need to cook. They even have all the appliances you’d have at home, like a blender, coffee maker, and toaster. There’s an indoor heated pool as well as an outdoor pool. The nighttime views from the rooms are breathtaking, and the location is unbeatable, just one block from the beach. Impeccable place, highly recommended for vacations or business trips. I’ll be back!

There’s no hot water during the high season. This has been the same problem for years. It’s awful how we’ve gotten used to such miserable building conditions.

The pool is lovely, and the place feels modern and welcoming. The staff are really friendly, and it has everything you need.

It’s a lovely-looking building, but it’s run down. We sometimes had no hot water, which meant we couldn’t even shower after coming back from the beach. On weekends, the bar/club next door plays very loud music until 5 a.m. The TVs only have Netflix, so they should at least offer cable. We were told ahead of time there’d be no towels or sheets. Such a shame, because the place itself is beautiful.
