There are family rooms, and the simple beds are comfortable. The staff are very attentive and call to offer help. On the downside, there are very few toilets and showers, and it's worrying to think about sharing them. The kitchen stays locked, and there's no staff available to prepare meals or check guests out. Prices aren't clear. Also, despite the reservation saying parking was free, there isn't parking on site and it isn't free.

The beds are really comfortable, and I slept well. Gloria was very friendly, and they accept pets. It's an affordable place in a very good location near Plaza Vergara and Álvarez Avenue. Parking is about two blocks away and costs extra. Just so you know, breakfast and a kitchenette aren't included. The bathrooms aren't very comfortable. That's based on my experience and my friends'.

The building has potential, but it feels really disorganized. The hallways are packed with unused things, and the shared bathroom is so cramped my knees hit the wall when I try to sit on the toilet. They advertise parking, but what they call parking is actually on a pedestrian walkway. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I left without staying because the experience was so bad. The hostel was dark and the service felt careless. A woman who seemed to be the manager scolded staff in front of me, then started making fun of me herself. She showed no interest in being polite. Easily the worst hostel I've been to.

Rodrigo was the one bright spot, and his service was the only thing I liked. We had paid for a night but left after the first one because the bathroom smelled awful and we found fleas in the bed. The woman there was extremely rude and unhelpful. The whole place felt unhygienic. I do not recommend it.
