The house looks great, but it didn't feel like a real hotel. It seemed packed with as many guests as possible, and up to eight cars were squeezed into the yard, so someone could block your car in. Noise was a bigger problem: the neighbors kept us awake, and their balcony conversation after smoking went on longer. Our sheets were stained, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the electricity in our room felt unsafe. I wanted to drive out for dinner without being blocked in, and a staff member tried to bully me over it. The next day, there was a large black hair under my scrambled eggs, which felt like punishment. Disgusting people. We moved to another hotel, making this the worst experience of our five-week trip through Chili.

The terrace and dining area have a lovely view, and breakfast was good. Staff were kind and helpful, and the hot tub was the highlight; the pool also looked nice. My cheapest room was very small and noisy, with nowhere to put luggage or clothes, though the bathroom was okay. There's a mini bar in the room, too. The location is okay, but you'll need your own transport, and the parking lot only has about four or five spaces. The heating was off, so it got a bit cold at night. It seemed like a cheap option at first, but for the price it was good, with no complaints.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good, and there's a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. The location is close to the water, but up in the higher part of town, so it isn't ideal. When the small parking area is full, it can hold no more than seven cars.

It was hard to leave after such a relaxing stay. The place is peaceful and super quiet, with a bus stop for the beach just a few minutes' walk away; shared taxis to the city center pass right out front. The room was clean, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive, and room service was great. There's also a restaurant and bar, so you can stay in. I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back for another weekend to unwind. Highly recommended! 🥲😁
