The renovated hotel is very nice and comfortable, which makes the service problems such a shame. Housekeeping doesn't happen unless you ask, and the fitted sheet and bedspread felt like a sheet on the inside. They advertise closets, but there aren't any, so there's nowhere to hang clothes. Breakfast was very mediocre. After 11:00 PM there's no concierge, and they lock you out. Crazy! The owners are Asian (Chinese), and there was zero communication since they don't understand Spanish. If there's no concierge, you're left outside. A real disappointment because the hotel itself is so nice.

We ran into a problem that had nothing to do with the hotel, but the staff did everything they could to help us. The service was excellent, especially at reception. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was simple but suited the price. Service, friendliness, and cleanliness were excellent, and it was very comfortable.

Everything was fine, except that a drain smell came up after the shower.
