Being right in the heart of Reñaca makes this a great base, with the best of the area just steps away. The buffet was delicious and nicely presented, and the staff made us feel looked after from the minute we arrived. They handled every detail so smoothly. I’d happily recommend it for a getaway or a longer stay ;)

The room was roomy and very clean, with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and ready to help. Hotel Montecarlo is also well placed for the beach, restaurants, local-product shops, and a Reñaca supermarket. Breakfast was nice, though fruit was missing. That was the one weak point compared with the rest of the hotel, which was excellent. I recommend it 100%.

It’s handy for walking to restaurants and the beach, but the rooms feel old-fashioned and the WiFi only works sometimes. There are also rules about what you can and can’t do that nobody tells you when you check in. This doesn’t feel like a three-star hotel to me. It needs a lot of improvement.

A really nice place, and close to the beach.
