A quiet, comfortable place with warm, personal service. If that’s what you’re after, this is the spot. They really pay attention to making guests happy, and the owners have lovely taste.

We were here for the Viña del Mar Festival. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed, great pillows, a good bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. We’d return, though a few things bothered us. There’s no food for sale at all, and hallway noise carried into the room at night. Also, a staff member knocked twice in the morning before checkout time to hurry us along. That felt unnecessary.

The location made it easy to get to many places, and breakfast was superb with plenty of options. The staff gave excellent service, and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

Our room was cozy and stylish, with a spacious private bathroom, and the place had a calm, comfortable feel. It was easy to get to, and the location was excellent. The receptionist was especially helpful and always ready to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, and room service was available too. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it. Congratulations!

We had a wonderful stay, with no disappointment at all. The hotel looked just like the photos, the owners were welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, fresh, and a little different. We also enjoyed the dinners offered through room service. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the center, handy for spending the day sightseeing. We highly recommend it, and thank you again.
