I contacted the supposed owner of Nautico apart viña del mar, who reserved a room for me without asking for payment. When I arrived, he never showed up. The woman who dealt with me was very rude. I asked about parking, and she said, "This isn't Argentina," and told me to leave my car outside. The place is near the center, but it didn't seem good or safe, so I got back in my car and left. I don't recommend it.

The owner was incredibly attentive and helpful, which made the place feel safe and welcoming. The location near the flower clock is excellent, with panoramic views and an easy walk to the beach. Shops and bars are close by, and public buses make it easy to get around. It's peaceful and comfortable, whether you're traveling alone or with family, a partner, or friends.

Parking can be a hassle here. There's no nearby lot, and while you can park out front, spaces are hard to find when it's peak season. My room was clean and organized, and Benjamin from the hostel staff was especially helpful and accommodating. The service was standard, and breakfast was fine for the price, though there wasn't much variety. I stayed just one night and was satisfied.

I spent a great long weekend here. The owner looked after us, the atmosphere was lovely, and it was perfectly located for enjoying Viña del Mar's attractions.
