Set among the woods and hills of Reñaca's Vergara neighborhood, this is a lovely condominium. The main downside is the area's high humidity, likely because of the native forest and how close it is to Reñaca Stream, so it falls short of five stars for me.

We rented here for the summer and really enjoyed the quiet, since it's away from the main street but still close to the sea. There's a private wooded area, a pool, and a playground for children. Highly recommend it.

The surroundings are lovely, and the front desk staff are very helpful. I stayed in my son's apartment, which he owns, and booked a time slot to use the gym. Residents seemed to follow the health measures in shared spaces, and the cleaning staff do their job. But I was disappointed to find out management hadn't allowed the pool to be used for a year, even while we were in Phase 3. That's a shame and hurts people renting here for the summer season.

It's an okay condominium, with native forest and a sense of privacy near the sea. Some apartments already have problems and post-sale issues after three years. They have responded so far, but the delays waste your time and make it hard to trust that things will be handled before the warranties expire.
