I loved the cozy feel and wooden decor, and the location was good. Breakfast was amazing. Enrico was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The problem came at checkout: my boyfriend opened the room window and it broke, then we were asked to pay for it. A woman at reception was rude and didn't speak English. Eventually someone used common sense and realized a hotel window needs to open, so they didn't charge us. Without that last incident, I'd have given five stars. I hope other guests don't have to deal with such an unnecessary situation.

Rustika in Viña del Mar was a fantastic place to stay. The location is great and the price is hard to beat. The room was super clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and Jose gave excellent customer service. They're very responsive at any hour. Highly recommend!

We'd love to come back. The setting was beautiful and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. They went out of their way to make our stay especially enjoyable.

The beds were great and the bathrooms amazing, and the staff were beyond expectations. It's very close to downtown Viña. Parking was awful, though, and breakfast was a bit skimpy on protein.
