The rooms are very nice to stay in, and the restaurant has a good lunch menu for couples or families. There’s craft beer too. On Fridays and Saturdays they have live jazz, with an atmosphere like a New Orleans jazz club. It’s the only place in the city with this kind of music! The restaurant service could be better.

We won’t be going back. When we complained about the meal, the waitress came over shouting insults, which made an already awful visit even worse. Earlier, we’d asked for sparkling water and were given tap water, and we saw two other customers leave after receiving a different dish from the one they ordered. The food was a mess too. There was just one starter available even though the menu listed more than four, and the soup arrived without cutlery. We ordered queen-sized pork, but got a piece about half the size of a steak. When we asked if that was the usual portion, we were told it was right for 7,000 Chilean pesos, and that we could go somewhere else and pay more if we wanted more food. Terrible experience, I absolutely don’t recommend it.

The main course and juices were the only parts we enjoyed. Our fries were burnt and there were very few of them, and the salad had lettuce with lots of stems. The full set menu came with an extremely salty consommé, and there were no alternatives because they’d run out. There were plenty of empty tables when we arrived, but every one we saw was dirty.
