I wouldn’t recommend this hostel at all. I had booked through BOOKING.COM at VIÑA CITY HOSTEL II, then called to add one more night. They forgot to register that extra night, so when I showed up with no room available because of their mistake, they sent me to VIÑA CITY I. They didn’t give me a locker for my things there, and while I was asleep, a man named IGNACIO ESTEBAN stole money from me. The owner, FACUNDO, offered no solution at all. I’m posting this here too because I believe the two hostels have the same owners. And based on your reply, if the owners aren’t the same, why did your receptionist send me there and say they had another hostel? Why does it have the same name? 📛

The big garden was the best part, a nice spot to spend the day. The area was very quiet, and I didn’t find it as dangerous as some other places. I stayed for two days, and the service was excellent. They always gave directions around the hostel, so it was easy to find your way.
