If your plans change and you need somewhere to sleep, this spot is conveniently placed, so you can stop in without hesitation. I was also impressed that they cleaned my car overnight, getting all the mud from the suburbs off it.

Hotel Alitel was a great place to stay in Bafoussam, Cameroon. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities modern, and the views of the surrounding landscape were lovely. Staff were welcoming and made sure my needs were taken care of. Being close to the city center and local attractions was another plus. I'd recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Bafoussam.

The toilets were dirty, and the customer service was poor. I had a very bad experience here. This hotel needs serious improvement.

The facilities feel very old, and there wasn't any shampoo or bath foam in the room. Water wasn't free either, one bottle cost 800f. Breakfast also came with an extra charge. In general, a bad experience.

I haven't stayed at the hôtel. I just love Bafoussam as a town and figure that since it's so nice, everything here should be nice too. For now, I'm giving it 5 stars based on my stay in Bafoussam.
