We ate at the restaurant most evenings during our four-week stay, and I found the menu quite limited. There were only a few dishes I could tolerate. The room was clean, service was fine, and for a hotel in West Africa, the place is decent.

I went in hoping to get a room, but my budget wasn't enough. Even after they realized I wouldn't be staying, they treated me very nicely. They're friendly and welcoming.

I spent five days at Hotel Bano Palace and came away disappointed. The hotel offers pickup and drop-off, and checkout is at 2 PM. Breakfast runs from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM, though I didn't enjoy the food. There's a sauna, gym, massage, and pool, but none impressed me. The standard rooms were too small, so I had to upgrade. Prices don't match the quality, international cards aren't accepted, and daily taxes were added to the hotel fee without warning. Room service costs CFA 1000. Overall, it wasn't worth the price.

The meeting room is roomy and works well for seminars, and the staff take good care of the teams. I also found the hotel clean and the service friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant is excellent, though a bit pricey. The gym doesn’t have much equipment, but the trainer’s quality makes up for that. I’d recommend the place for family stays, conferences, or company seminars.

The pool was clean and a good size when I went swimming last week. It wasn’t too busy either, so I could enjoy myself with fewer interruptions.
