I was attacked and had my belongings stolen during a sudden overnight power cut, which made my stay here deeply disturbing and unsafe. The cameras recorded nothing during the incident, then started working again just after I raised the alarm, when the lights came back. The response made things worse. I was accused of lying instead of receiving help or seeing an investigation, and staff spoke rudely to me and did not take me seriously because I’m Anglophone and not fluent in French. This left me very concerned about security, emergency handling, and the treatment of English-speaking guests. Anglophones and anyone concerned about their safety should think carefully before staying here. Please choose somewhere that respects your safety and dignity.

I had a lovely stay, and this is a great place to get away and relax. At checkout, though, I was charged more than we had originally agreed, with no explanation. The receptionist could also be friendlier and more accommodating. Apart from that, things were fine. I’d still recommend the place and hope to come back.

I paid for a room I’d seen on their tiktok page a few days earlier, but when I arrived on my reserved date, it had been given to someone else. I was exhausted and had to find somewhere else to stay that same night. Very unprofessional.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the service was great. My fiancé once dropped his wallet, and the receptionist found it and gave it back. That was a really kind and honest thing to do.
