I live close by and pass the building whenever I go out. The rooms are nicely decorated, and they have studios and apartments that you can rent like a house or guest house. The service isn’t very good, though, since there’s hardly anyone available to answer questions or give details.

The road leading there put me off before I even arrived, and the place itself didn’t impress me either. Douala has much better options for the price. My taxi driver showed me a gem of a hotel for much less.

A quiet, pleasant place, with plenty of parking and water running constantly.

In general, it’s not a bad place. They make an effort to keep it clean and affordable.

It looks nice from outside, but the inside didn’t impress me much. It’s certainly not up to a 22k-a-night standard.
