The restaurant food and service were top notch, and my room was always clean. The whole staff impressed me, too. Everyone was polite, friendly, and ready to help. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could ask someone and they'd go out of their way to sort it out right away. A wonderful experience!

There are large conference halls, clean restrooms, and parking available in a secure environment. The place is clean and organized, the restaurant service is good, and the standard is recommendable.

The airport shuttle is advertised as free, but the driver wanted to leave for home before 8 p.m. even though our flight wasn't until midnight. We ended up waiting four hours at the airport. The staff weren't nice, either. Food sometimes arrived cold, and the nodlé really disappointed me. At night, the corridor music was much too loud.
