No internet, despite reception saying it was available, and the TV in my prestige room had no remote. I reported it at 1 p.m., but by 7 p.m. reception still hadn't responded. The service is poor. RUBBISH.

The location was fine and the hotel was comfortable. The staff were amazing, but incredibly rude. It was awful, and I wouldn't dream of going back.
