Staff are well trained and discreet, and they pay close attention to guests. They often anticipate what people need and give personalized service, with what can be a high staff-to-room ratio.

The room was smaller than I expected, but my experience at the hotel was fairly good.

The team is the best at every level, and the location in Makepe - Bonamoussadi is convenient. It feels very luxurious for a quiet, decent price. I highly recommend it.
