The location works well, about 50m from the main road, and the rooms are clean and well furnished. It’s a small, comfortable hotel that suits a business trip on a limited budget. You don’t hear the traffic from the road, but there’s an extremely noisy generator downstairs. I wish they’d replace it with a quiet one. Another issue is that the bathroom windows have no curtains and look into a bathroom in the neighboring building.

The hotel is in an excellent location, but our stay was disappointing. We left a drink behind at checkout, and nobody contacted us about it. When we raised the issue, the manager insulted us instead of showing any empathy. Staff also admitted they had consumed the drinks we’d forgotten, which felt very unprofessional. I also complained about the lack of hot water and got no response from the front desk. I can’t recommend this hotel.

There were mice in my room and cockroaches in the bathroom. The shower drain was blocked, so water spilled into the room, and nobody cleaned it for six days. The welcome was awful too. The boss was disgusting, bipolar, and treated people like a slave driver.

The view was really good, and the service was impeccable. It's an excellent residence for a holiday, with king-sized beds.
