The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well, so the stay was pleasant overall. Hot water in the bathrooms kept fluctuating between hot and cold, though. TV options were limited, but the fast Wi-Fi helped make up for that. The staircases are very steep, which could be risky if you're exhausted or drunk.

The bartender was kind even though we couldn't speak the same language, and both the water and A/C worked in my room. It's a decent place to stay if you have someone with you who speaks French. I don't have much else to complain about.

I spent seven months in Cameroon on a work trip and stayed here the whole time, in room 216. Christian, Danie, Stephanie, Louise, and the rest of the staff made me feel so comfortable and happy. I miss you all! I also have really fond memories of Sky and of the country, where people were so welcoming and friendly. I'd love to come back when I get the chance. :)

Don't choose the buffet breakfast. There isn't much variety, and it tastes the same every day. Room intercoms don't work, and reception openly displays that information. The layout feels old, the toilets are dated, and hospitality was almost nonexistent. A total waste of money in Bonapriso.

The rooms are being updated, and they're comfortable, with A/C, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, a full bath, and room service. The hotel is in one of Douala's cooler neighborhoods, close to the airport, restaurants, taxis, and popular attractions like Marche du Fluer. There's also a nice bar and lounge, plus a restaurant.
