The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I stayed two nights for business and found the rooms comfortable and the location convenient, close to the city's business centres and other nice areas. I'd recommend it for business or family trips.

I enjoyed my business trip here. Soft hotel is calm and secure, right in the heart of Douala, and the employees are polite and available 24/7. I'd gladly return and recommend it.

For a short stay, I wanted somewhere simple and comfortable with good local dishes, and I'm glad I chose this place. The SOFT hotel staff looked after me throughout a great week.

The restaurant "Balade" has some of the best food I've eaten in Cameroon, if not the best, and their breakfast and food delivery are excellent. Its location also made for a very good stay.
