The executive room looked out over the pool 🏊♀️ 😍, and the hotel was neat with friendly staff. Wi-Fi was okay, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the food was delicious, though service was a little slow. The restaurant was also very dim at night. I'd like to see the food 🥘 I'm eating 😁. It's close to the airport and local amenities, and I had a good experience, but they need to do more to meet the standard of a 4 star ⭐️ hotel 🏨.

The staff were welcoming and professional. It's an excellent place to stay in Douala, with large bedrooms and good facilities, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and cocktail bar.

The area was quiet, and the hotel was very clean with a good breakfast. Wi-Fi stayed stable while I worked, and the pool was fine for a quick dip. Too bad there's no air conditioning in the gym.

Customer service was poor, from room service and the front desk to the waitstaff. The employees don't seem to be trained, and the security guards actually provided better service. The property could be great, and the location is FANTASTIC!! Rooms are spacious, with good-size closets, an iron, and an ironing board, but a shelf was hanging loose because it hadn't been screwed in properly. The shower head is poor quality. Sky bar and Kassala Café serve good food.

I had a good time and enjoyed the place. The food and breakfast were good, but the bacon wasn't as crunchy as I expected. It was made the French way, "wet." I'd like to visit again. I have some constructive feedback, but I'll send it by email.
