The room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. There was a small delay checking in, but the owner more than made up for it: fresh fruit juice while I waited, a complimentary cocktail, hors d'oeuvres, and an entrée brought to my room by friendly, capable, helpful staff. Perfect. I'll definitely return.

The place was so disappointing. It looks different from the pictures, and it's old, maybe under refurbishment. I'm pretty sure it used to be nice, but don't be guided by the photos.

Located in Bali, the historic neighborhood in Douala 1st district, this is one of the city's oldest hotels. It's lost its lustre, though, and is currently under refurbishment.

Be careful, this is a very dangerous place!
