The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was cleaner than I expected. It’s also well placed in a quiet neighborhood at the city gates. The bathroom fixtures are getting a bit rusty, though. I hope they take care of that so the property can maintain its high standard.

There’s no one stationed at the gate to welcome guests or help with their luggage, and the staff speak only French, which makes it a little hard for English-speaking guests to communicate. The rooms are modern and well furnished, and Bengo Hotel has a classy feel. Customer service is polite.

The rooms are very comfortable, and from them you get a magnificent view of the town. There’s a spacious lobby, plus a pool, restaurant, bar, and gym. The tennis court is still being built. Customer service is not bad, though it could improve.

BENGo HÔTEL is quite classy, with modern, well-furnished rooms and very polite service. It’s one of the best five-star hotels I’ve ever seen.
