The food was great, and the waiters were friendly and clearly attentive to keeping guests happy. There are plenty of cosy spots outside, with swinging chairs, babyfoot, table tennis, a pool, and places to sit by the beach. I especially like that you can hear and see the waves there. It’s a calm, peaceful location a few miles from the town centre, unless someone is throwing a party. The reception staff were polite, patient, kind, and helpful. Prices are on the high side, for both rooms and the menu. Rooms run around 45k for singles, 55k for doubles, and about 155k for the guest house options. Still, I had a great experience.

The view is lovely, and you can walk straight down to the beach. TAZ, as they call it, is a nice place with lovely people and a great chef. I had a nice stay, though the rooms are really just comfortable enough for sleeping. There’s no tea, kettle, or refreshments in the rooms, and sometimes nobody is at reception. They need to improve that.

The local food at the restaurant was delicious, and Christian the manager deserves thanks. The staff were professional and very welcoming. The place was clean, with a beautiful view, the seaside, and a pool. I got more than I expected and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kribi (Cameroon). It felt like a little paradise.

I really liked the hospitality and the service here. One tall, big, fair man was especially good at his job, and he was passionate and polite. He could make you spend your last Franc! I’d like to come back. This should be one of the best hotels in the area.
