Check your bill before paying, and don't sign when they tell you, "le patron a dire que ce bons." I was misled into signing for a bill that wasn't mine. I left the hotel to run errands and left my younger brother there, then called him to meet me in town. At Carrefour, someone stopped him saying I owed 3500frs. He tried calling me, but there were network problems, so he paid the 3500frs out of embarrassment. When he told me, I went back to the hotel and spoke with the receptionist, who sent me to the supervisor on duty. He called it a miscommunication and said he'd give my money back. I stayed another night; in the morning he told me to finish my errands and come back, saying, "I will follow the procedure to refund you." When I returned, he'd left. The same thing happened the next day. It's been three weeks and I still haven't been refunded. The receptionist said they had my number and would send it by momo, but their momo still isn't working. Shameless people. The employees are a bunch of dishonest liars and tricksters. I wonder what could happen if you drink some spirit. Excuse my French.

This is a well-deserved three star hotel. It's well located, and you'll find all the necessary amenities in a nice hotel.

I haven't seen the rooms, but the location is good and it isn't too noisy. The restaurant is average.

A nice, good hotel. Visit if you want somewhere to chill and have a good experience.
